Dr. Timo Rieg, WSET3, FWS & Dr. Jessica Dominguez Rieg, WSET3, FWS

Timo and Jessica are the Co-Founders of Soleil Academy of Wine. While living in San Diego, they developed a passion for wine after meeting Lindsay Pomeroy, Master of Wine (MW) and Founder of The Wine Smarties. Under Lindsay's mentorship, they quickly rose through the ranks of wine education, earning their WSET Level 2 and 3 Awards in Wine and also successfully completing the French Wine Scholar program with highest honors. They have lived in Tampa since 2017 and are excited to see the growth of the wine industry in this region. As scientists and educators in the medical field, they bring a unique perspective to wine education. As wine enthusiasts and educators, their goal is to build your confidence, share the world of wine, and have fun!
